I was expecting a more realistic movie, but once I got on board with “ This guy is immortal, I guess” man did I have a great time watching him never give up and just tear apart some Nazis. The cinematography and score just add to the solemn, ridiculously masculine, badass tone, with the throat singing and a didgeridoo, the wide shots and the contrasting blues and oranges. Loved it!

A story that you’re expecting to be a triumph turns out to be a tragedy; it’s beautiful and sobering. A horribly boring subject made interesting with pandering so boldface and self-aware that it get you well on board. Who wouldn’t love learning things from Margo Robbie in a bubble bath?
