Tetsuo: The Iron Man 1989
Tetsuo is hands down the most disturbing film I've ever seen. It's a non-stop, mind-bending journey that pulls you into its chaotic world
The black-and-white visuals are incredible, with speed-effect shots that create a frantic almost hypnotic energy throughout the film. It's a sensory assault that leaves an unforgettable impression
If you're interested in a film that embodies the essence of industrial body horror you should watch it al all cost

Grave of the Fireflies 1988
Grave of the Fireflies has a solid premise but it gets weighed down by its slow pacing and repetitive focus on suffering, even though the characters endure so much. The characters lack depth and the tragedy often feels forced, as if it’s trying too hard to manipulate my emotions. While visually stunning, it falls short of being the profound masterpiece it’s often considered.
