  Okay THIS is the worst thing to ever happen on september 11th.

  I say this with no irony or sarcasm: this is literally the worst movie I’ve seen in my entire life. Profoundly bad. How this was entered into tiff is a question that is philosophically beyond me, and it’s inspiring to know that if this made it up there, there’s hope for my films too.

  I thought it was really interesting, insightful, innovative, and unique. Whether you like it or not, digital interactive media is becoming more and more pervasive in the film world (thanks Randall), and Harmony Korine’s newest movie is (in my interpretation) prophetic of this. I’m not even sure if he’s pushing for this change necessarily, to me it seems he’s simply dropping a vision of the future with no opinion. Maybe he’s warning us, or maybe he’s excited for this future.…
