Longlegs was certainly not the film I imagined it to be. By all means, I thoroughly enjoyed the film and thought it was great, I do feel the trailer was a bit misleading though. Out of the few I’ve seen, this might be one of my absolute favorite films featuring Nicolas Cage’s signature over acting. This movie was an absolute delight to watch. Whether it ever had a serious point to make/message to share or not, the sheer entertainment value you get from this makes it fully worth a watch. From the cinematography, sound design, dialogue, and soundtrack, this movie had me completely enthralled and engrossed in its absurd and frankly ridiculous world.
