  This could have been a really good movie if it was just a different movie. Story is boring. Plot relies on the viewer remembering a Hulk movie from 15 years ago. 

  Quick points:
  Mackie is good as Cap. Working with rough material but he sells what’s given.

  Giancarlo is Gus Fring for 30th time in as many roles.

  You can’t miss the reshoots. It’s bad.

  Sterns is supposed to be incredibly smart but the only probability he didn’t account for was…
