Liked the casting and acting. I liked the visual aesthetics of the movie. I had fun watching it with Gabriel! I loved the way the count looked, I love his mustache! He was enunciating so much! I also liked all the pearl-clutching, shuddering, and eyes gaped in terror.

Watched with Gabriel, it was good and interesting. I kept falling asleep but that's my fault not the movie's fault. Samuel L Jackson was great, it wasn't a very satisfying finish because the killer/ one who perpetrated the crime kinda came from the outside, but really what do I know I don't like mysteries.
Stunning, comforting, sweet, shimmering.
Visually lovely, the exact shades of red and blue seem to be perfectly harmonized throughout, beautiful stills of course blending colors and subdivisions. Peaceful, but held my attention, sometimes washed out but in a way which encourages nostalgia. The soundtrack seems inseparable from the music, they worked so well together.
The plot takes a backstage to the characters, which shine in their simple conversations with each other. To me, the characters seemed simple as well, but…
