This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I’ve had roughly two weeks now to process these three movies and am still thinking about just how fucking good they really are. It’s absurd how these movies spawned into my radar at an unfathomable timing in my life. Living in a foreign country half the world away from the majority of my friends and family - this is by far the most alone I’ve ever been in my life.
Will I ever find someone?

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical when I saw that Chris Hemsworth and Anya Taylor-Joy where the costars in this movie… Needless to say the two showed some refreshing versatility in this high-octane wasteland revenge flick. Shout out that scene with The People Eater relentlessly messaging the fuck out of his nipples whilst Immortan Joe’s sons: Scrotus and Rictus Erectus introduce themselves on screen.
Yeah I was fucking crying
But Furiosa and all its’ quirks/unique shit just work…

My entire childhood nostalgia hung in the balance after watching Ewan McGregor fearlessly tank needle after needle for an hour and a half. Thank you Trainspotting… now I will never be able to rewatch my favorite Star Wars moments without associating my hero Obi-Wan with the China White 💉
