    The first Indy movie ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ is my favorite film ever. So there was no way this would live up to my expectations. That’s being said.. on first viewing it was fine. It’s entertaining enough, but it doesn’t have rewatch value like the original trilogy. It felt like if you asked A.I. to write an Indiana Jones script.
       Honestly the best part of the whole production is the beautiful poster by Tony Stella. The opening flashback…

    Fun to watch but longer than it needed to be. There were entire scenes that didn’t need to be there. Classic movie lovers will enjoy this as it begins in the silent era of the medium.     The concept for this movie is lots of fun! However it does feel very dated and kind of hard to watch. But it’s still very sexy and creative. Jane Fonda is gorgeous and perfect for the role. But honestly the poster is better than the actual film. 
       Apparently Sydney Sweeney is remaking this and I’m all for it! I’m not usually a fan of remakes, reboots or sequels… but this is one that needs it for sure! Sweeney was born to play this role!

    I can’t say this was a bad movie.. but it was disappointing. A24 makes much better stuff than this. The first third of the film was fun and I was interested to see where it went. Then I felt it didn’t go anywhere at all. It was the most basic thrasher film you could make.
