  I love that this film was so diverse in characters and true to its early 2010s nature. A lot of nostalgia for late 90s/ early 2000s kids. The writing and comedy is pure gold. Chris fucking up every opportunity/ not knowing how to navigate in this confusing internet age world is something we’ve all experienced. The drifting apart of friends, new friend groups that don’t make any sense. Not to mention the culture that is highlighted through their family’s relationship, deep and intimate— so many topics conquered gracefully and woven seamlessly!

  captures the moments of Bob Dylan’s life leading up to his “going to electric” switch, addresses complex personal romantic relationships & the contradiction of folk vs electric sound. Amazingly cinematic movie, incredibly emotional and personal to me. Timothee did an excellent job capturing his Bob Dylaness. The songs from both him and Joan were so beautiful and captured the true essence of their songs. Wowww. I need to see it a thousand times over.
