Man, I miss London.
Tight as a snare drum, sleek and packed with movie star performances. Entirely my shit. Soderbergh is one of the goats.

Rocks 2019
Close your eyes, think about everything that has happy, breathe in, and stop thinking about all your worries.
Rocks follows a Nigerian-British teenage girl and her young brother struggling to get by in North London after their mentally ill mother abandons them. Which as depressing as it sounds, is actually a vibrant and joyful love letter to friendship and sisterhood.
The film is undeniably a collaborative effort: sublime editing and direction dovetails with naturalistic cinematography and acting.
Probably the best British film that’ll be released in this godforsaken year. 2020 needs films like this.

Green Book 2018
Controversy aside, this film is worth seeing simply for the performances from Vigo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali. They make one of the most entertaining on screen duos in years.
