  I was 20 minutes into this movie before I realized it wasn’t “An American Werewolf in London” (I realized when I said to myself “I don’t remember this much of the movie taking place in Paris, or being this 90s …”).

  I really enjoyed this movie’s cartoonish humor and the antagonist’s comical distaste for Americans.

  Unbelievable amounts of cruelty on display in this movie. My sympathy laid with the monster since reading the book, so this was saddening to watch. I think it is absolutely worth watching, especially since it’s on internet archive for free and it’s only ~70 minutes.
