It was absolutely brilliant. For the first time, my mythology knowledge became useful. The atmosphere was incredible. I lost myself in the insanity of the characters.

Gladiator II 2024
I’ve never watched a sword and shield battle scene with such low energy; I couldn’t feel any excitement at all. While the main character is a decent actor and has a good appearance, he didn’t fit this role at all and never felt like a real leader. The acting felt forced. The script, honestly, was terrible and made me feel that way every 20 minutes. The only reason for the 2.5 rating is that the project clearly aimed to create something ambitious.
