  Man when I watched this when I was 15 I thought this movie was DOG, but after leaving it for 7 years shits changed.

  This movie is beautiful, nothing happens and knowing that going into the movie really helped. Everything was so wholesome and whimsical! Shit had me in tears it was so beautiful. Yeah I am sucking off the overhyped juggernaut that is totoro but man if you aren’t then I feel sorry for you, shit is beautiful

  I cannot express the love this film gave me. It has opened my eyes to pure unadulterated cinema. 
  For one the song opens with blink 182s dammit (best song ever) and it has my boy jakey (trust me we are close friends). 
  Reasons to watch this film

  Has blink in it
  has humour that’s totally cool in 2023
  totally isn’t a mess of a film
  better cinematography than inception

  all in all I would totally recommend this masterpiece to anyone as it’s so culturally appropriate and inoffensive :)

  I would even recommend watching this with your family! They will love it
