Hit me even harder the second time around.
This movie feels like it took inspiration from thatgamecompany’s masterpiece, Journey (PS3, PS4, PS5, PC), in that it tells you an allegorical story through unconventional means and with zero dialogue, with emotional beats to connect you with the characters you’re following.
And this concludes my re-experiencing of the Trilogy on the big screen. I’m so grateful to have been able to see them there again.
