  The fact that this won best picture over a movie like Raging Bull shocks me. The movie is pretty well made and acted, but the pace of the movie is terrible, and it feels a lot longer than it needs to be. Just overall very boring

  You know how good a movie is when knowing the twists at the end don’t make the watch less enjoyable. Especially considering it is a low budget horror movie and no A-List actors, there’s no horrible acting or common cliches. The dialogue is pretty good and the story itself is almost flawless for a horror movie. As a person who likes psychological horror movies more than straight up slashers, this is the best there is.
