  This was pretty nice. Not at all what i was expecting. A lot more heart warming than anticipated but some really amazing performances to go with an interesting story and some very nice editing and music.

  A ton of fun and a very interesting storyline. I love Lance Oppeheim’s work as he pairs interesting topics with expert filmmaking. The only criticism i have is that some of it does feel artificial or overdone through the editing, but its not to the point where it takes a ton away from it. Really great mini series and i highly recommend.

  yo that shit was ass!

  This has some of the worst child acting I've seen in a while. Like holy shit, some of the dialogue is so fucking poorly delivered and stale like wow I was genuinely impressed by how bad it was at times. I laughed out loud at the "My dad didn't leave his friends in 'Nam" line. Stylistically Derrickson tries to emulate the first Sinister here with the dead kids and some of the old timey footage…

  Man its really dull and without much substance. I understand that the story could mean a lot to people and all. But when theres barely any dialogue and your actors can’t really act with facial expressions in any way at all. The cinematography was really bad with a lot of extremely close and cramped shots with a shallow depth of field and you could say that it was meant to be like that to give off a tense vibe but…
