This isn’t very good, mostly from a dialogue and script standpoint. Should be 20-30mins shorter. But if you’re afraid of heights, and I am, it taps into that fear pretty well.

Annihilation 2018
Watched this with my son, his first viewing (my 4th). Mostly was just fun to share with him but seemed oddly appropriate to start it at midnight, New Years Eve, as we shifted to 2025.
Maybe something new is coming. Maybe something terrifying. Maybe it will bring light. Maybe it will kill us all. Who knows?
Anyway, this remains a near perfect sci-fi film and is absolutely beautiful.
