wow im astounded, the amount of times i had to pause and take a breather…the exploration of sexual repression was brilliantly done. the film's cinematography and sound design were my favorite part. the use of muted colors and stark lighting created a sense of bleakness and desolation, which reflects erika’s emotional state. the sound design focused on the use of silence and minimal music that served to heighten the sense of tension and unease.
