You've instantly failed trying to convey the horrors of war as a warning to the younger generation when you have dapper resistance members walking in slowmo from an exploding Nazi stronghold, while blasting Radiohead. I'm here for it.
Found the lecture scenes quite tedious (however understand why they were included), but the rest of the film was pretty decent. I kinda feel like I've seen way too many similar films of late.

I'm not a big Lovecraft fan so the monsters and madness stuff on display isn't quite my bag, that said Sam Neill is on fire here, and I do like the weirdness of the journey to the town and all the freaky locals kicking about with axes.
