There’s some kind of magic of flow and nostalgia in this movie that grips you through a meditative state and the dialogues, certain moments and some pauses are so well written that this one made me feel like a summer rain, the sound of pattering still in my ears.
Loved everyone’s performances and honestly the chemistry was too good that it didn’t feel weird about them being cousins.

Made an interesting plot out of a social menace. Basil screaming at the camera did the job.

Watched it on Netflix, and the number of times I wished I watched it in the theatre!
Rex Vijayan is so iconic, I can just rewatch the movie today for him ( in the theatre maybe)
Felt like the casting was on point and everything felt neat and stylish. Ashiq Abu is so unpredictable that he can make this and Mayanadhi and Salt & Pepper in one single career.

Having witnessed a lot of potentially amazing ideas fail on execution I can say that this one hit all the right spots. All the pop culture references and the detailing. The director just smoothly discussed politics, comedy and whatnot packed in a brilliantly made film. Looking forward to more of his works, but yeah this is one of a kind.💯

PS:  The only misstep I took today was choosing to watch a movie set in 2040 in a theatre made in the ‘80s.
