  I really struggled to enjoy this, enjoy the characters, or anything in the plot, which is rather thin. It feels... vapid, and rather surface level, and a bizarre representation of kink. It's not atrocious, but it's not very good either. I wouldn't recommend.

  1/2 star is simply for Joaquin's performance as he always kills.

  This movie is, simply, truly unbearable. I am not a person who shies away from absurdism or can't stand weird movies, I usually love, or at least like, them. But the convoluted meta narrative, convulsive pacing, and thread bare emotional core nearly compelled me to leave the theatre, something I never do. Its like a movie by and for film bros except not one film bro could ever explain…
