  i know this film is a cheesy, feel-good story with unrealistic elements. but i do not give a FAWK. this is one of the most beautiful modern queer stories i have ever seen because at its core, it's a story about hope. the depiction of a better future for both countries, one where queer people are wholly accepted and supported and can live open and freely and safely is immensely important.
