  Mesmerising and intriguing. Thought it had a very similar feel to the underlying vibe of Jeff Vandermeer’s Southern Reach trilogy of books - the source material for Alex Garland’s Annihilation.

  Nice to see a film so rooted in a particular place, and explore the legacy and terroir of it. Went to the Q&A screening and appreciated how open-ended Mark Jenkin left it, without it coming across as simply vague
