  I liked this more on a rewatch but I still don’t know if I’ll go up to 4 stars.

  I read the article Anora’s American Dream by Rayne Fisher-Quan earlier this month which really made me re-evaluate the film & gave me a new appreciation for it. But unfortunately my biggest issue with this movie is still the last 20 minutes (basically everything after the divorce). It just doesn’t work for me until the very end when Anora unravels.
