  The first half is actually dogshit. Then the second half is just a bunch of shootouts and chase sequences, and it’s fucking incredible.

  This is objectively a good movie. It is very intelligent. It has good filmmaking. It is respectably short.

  I also didn’t enjoy a single second of it. After much consideration, I think that’s mostly because I had the movie spoiled for me, so most of the intrigue was gone. Was pretty clocked out.

  It may come as a surprise, but there was a time I thought that Marvel actually cranked out a few really good action movies.

  A list of things I can’t believe used to be in Marvel movies:
  -Shooting on location
  -A strong blend of practical and visual effects
  -Competent screenplays that actually had themes that are intelligent and deliver political messages
  - Characters with personalities and motivations
  -Strong cinematography that supports a cohesive visual vision
  -Fight choreography
  -Really iconic production…
