Selene is such a badass I can forgive that she is fighting head to toe in leather, a corset and heels (at least they are chunky strapped high shin boots)
The vibes are maxed to ten, with machine gun wielding ancient vampires in matching matrix style coats and shades, that also text each other on teeny tiny flip phones.
Selene and Michael’s chemistry is a little floozy but once you trust the lore of forbidden supernatural romance all encompassed in a love at first sight, you get past it.
Although Michael patching Selene up on the beach was just pure hunk.
