Cinematography was the best part of the movie along with the use of visual metaphor. Character wise, Rey was notably underdeveloped when compared to Finn or Kylo Ren. Why should the main female character receive less development than male characters? Throughout the movie Rey isn't allowed to make as many choices as other characters.
