Mulholland Drive has been my favorite movie since I first saw it, it gets better every time but this time it got even better than usually because I saw it on a 35mm print! It‘s the most gorgeous film I‘ve seen on celluloid which is probably due to the fact that I‘ve seen it many times and could immediately tell how much better it looks than even the 4K Blu-ray. But the look wasn‘t even the highlight of the experience.…

That‘s probably my favorite line ever, definitely my favorite villain ever.Basically Lynch‘s most personal film next to Eraserhead because it‘s kinda like seeing the world through his eyes. He always talked about red ants being underneath everything. No matter how much light there is, there‘s always darkness. But someday the light may prevail and that‘s what makes the world beautiful and life worth living.
