  oh my god i was expecting to walk out halfway through because i hate long movies but i was completely enthralled the entire time. the opening credits sequence was soooo beautiful. i wish i had seen the first movie to have the prior context to this one but it all made sense in the end (perhaps with lower stakes because idk the origins of all the characters). the fighting sequences weren’t overdone and glorifying pain/gore which was a relief. deadass…
