Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
One of my favorite movies. Beautiful visuals, cool kung fu, great subtle and not-so-subtle comedy, engaging characters and a heartwarming ending. No surprise why so many of the performances received rewards. This movie’s multiverse/timeline hopping concepts are whimsical, fun and easier to understand than most of the sort. Must watch.

Bullet Train 2022
Plots meh but the characters, fight scenes and comic relief get this train to the station. Think I would’ve preferred someone other than Brad Pitt in that role but he was fine. We all know who we’d prefer in that role which almost makes it more appropriate for it to be Brad Pitt.
