Overall, the movie is really silly, but it's really cool. There are several obvious contrivances to keep Goku and Vegeta out of the main conflict, but I don't mind it so much because it gets us some great character work for Gohan and Piccolo. The Matrix Resurrections 2021
This movie is pretty dull and a little cringe. Normally, I would say there is nothing wrong with being dull and cringe, but this movie had to devalue the ending of Revolutions in order to exist. In order to justify doing so, it needed to have a good story to go along with it, but it didn't do that, so being dull is not enough for this movie. I wanted to like this movie, but I didn't find anything I could like.
