just brilliant storytelling, directing, acting, everything, really.

(also i knew that actor was cole phelps the second i saw him, don’t know why i even googled it, of course it was him. seriously, there’s no mistaking him.)

yeah, no i really did like it, but the middle section could have been so much stronger if it was tighter - it was hilarious, don’t get me wrong, but definitely took away from the overall message the film wanted to tell. other than that though, it was really good, especially the ending, i think it was really solid and was a good conclusion, without making too much of a *statement* about the themes and messages, but just showed it instead.
