Watching this through the eyes of war photo-journalists was cool but the fact that it was a modern day American civil war kind of distracted from what makes the film most interesting.
The dispassionate and neutral position from Lee and her team towards such violence is the selling point, not the political commentary.
Good characters and Kirsten Dunst was great.
