  Loved the book, the movie did a good job of replicating the energy of it which I was happy about, you’ll never get all the extra nerdy shit the book goes into, but that makes sense with it being a film

  I was expecting more drawn out tension before the fucking, but maybe that’s what u expect from a closeted gay movie, tragic to see though how they tore their lives apart with their deep dissatisfaction with themselves and situation
