I heard this was going to be a slasher movie told from the perspective of the killer and I thought “okay gimmicky but intriguing.” And the film summary on streaming made it sound super generic to a point that might take me out of it, like oh undead hulk preys upon college campers. This film totally blew me away, I did not expect it to deliver nearly as much as it did.

I wanted to like this movie, but Opus was kind of a whole lot of nothing, just undelivered promises.
