  From the start, I was intrigued by In A Violent Nature. From the killer's perspective, it's a slasher film, following our killer as he tracks and hunts his prey.   Emilia Perez is an interesting film to discuss. Its premiere at Cannes was met with high praise. However, once the film reached the general audience, it couldn't be mentioned without addressing its controversies. I will say I didn't necessarily hate the Film as a whole.   I wish I could say I loved this flick but there wasn't much love to be found. I do respect what this film has accomplished with an iPhone. It has some wonderful shots. I couldn't find an attachment to the story for me. I see why some, apparently many, like this movie though. It just wasn't for me. Mya Taylor gives a great performance in this.
