Beautiful Boy 2018
One of those movies you can only watch once (I saw it maybe 5 years ago and still think about it often). I need to read the book, but I fear I’m too emotionally unstable for it and always will be. Truly the most heartbreaking film I have ever experienced and an extremely powerful depiction of the cycle of addiction and substance abuse. Would recommend with caution and a big hug <3
