Doing my yearly rewatch.
Just wanna say one thing for those who haven't watched a Ken Burns before. I know its dry, I know it's sentimental, it might even be American propaganda but Ken Burns is the perhaps the ultimate master of character in non-fiction (and fiction for that matter).
At times a difficult watch but I think a necessary one for any true crime fan. Many true crime pieces preach a lot about respecting and doing it for the victims but this is one of the rare examples of a piece that truly tells the story for victims, survivors and people left behind and I think is far richer and meaningful for it.
