  Another fantastic movie by Yorgos Lanthimos - I love how fucked up this man’s mind is. 

  Also. Was nobody gonna tell me this movie was about sex? I know I did not read anything before watching it (my mistake) but watching a 1 year old but actually 30 year old f*** herself w and apple and cucumber was not in my bingo card hahahaha. However, Bella Baxter is THE feminist - I loved watching her destroy Duncan’s sanity without even realizing all while she finds herself and her worth. Brilliant.

  Watching this after the drama that has been going on really tainted my liking of this movie. I think it’s because Blake lively was so lazy and it’s clear she did not give any fucks about understanding/embodying Lily Bloom from the book (read the book before you act the book wtf). She plays the same role with her stupid modern-day-inside-a-bubble-transatlantic-wannabe accent in everything she does and it’s just pick me at this point. Also found out she got married on…

  ONE MOURNS THE WICKED!!!!!! Oh Ari and Cynthia how you have changed my life. I have an unbelievable amount of things to say about this movie.

Following
