I elected to see this movie by myself, that was really stupid. I liked it a lot until I realized it was effectively a more satanic-y version of silence of the lambs. Maika Monroe was really good, as was The Cage. I think this was a set up for a sequel, the ending made it seem so. Overall, I was very scared. I wouldn’t recommend seeing this by yourself or maybe even at all. I really want to like it but I sincerely feel so gross after watching it that I don’t think I do. Weird ass movie.
