  Eh, feels like the first act presented a fun idea in a weird way and brought up a lot of questions that would have been interesting to explore but then proceeded to take the least interesting route to get to the end of the story.

  It was still fun to watch but I was definitely wanting something with more substance.

  Kind of a sneaky high caliber movie insomuch that it wouldn’t be my first thought when asked favorite Disney/Pixar childhood films but it’s also made me cry every time I’ve watched it.

  Be silent! Keep your forked tongue behind your teeth. I have not passed through fire and death to bandy crooked words with a witless worm!

  The whole story of Théoden is done so well from beginning to end but the scene of Gandalf walking in, revealing himself to Saruman, and saving his friend will always be one of my faves. 

  Then you get Helms Deep at the end and it’s so good that it’s hard to remember anything else, which goes to show just HOW good it is.
