A horrifying commentary on celebrity worship and the effect of beauty on girl's perception of self and their relationship with others. This is probably the best movie I've seen that tackles this kind of topic. The visuals and the soundtracks in this one were also fantastic and added so much to the film.
Erika Sawajiri as Lilico was just perfect. Probably my favourite acting performance of the 2010s
