Senti o ritmo do filme meio acelerado, mas creio que como adaptação de um livro tão denso, cumpre um ótimo trabalho dentro do tempo disponível. Os personagens são cativantes e mesmo Vadinho, um desgraçado, é carismático ao ponto de nos conquistar. Dona flor e seus dois maridos foi um ótimo filme, boas atuações e simbolismos incríveis melhores explicados em outras reviews nesse mesmo site. Sem dúvidas Dona flor segue sendo um ótimo exemplo, metáfora, para a sociedade brasileira.

I loved the movie. Even though it's a long movie, at the end, I felt like there's was more to be shown, more to understand and see from it. Maybe the reason why is the fact that the movie is not interested in explaining it's world to the viewer. Batman: Mask of the Phantasm 1993
My favorite batman animation so far and the best one in my opinion. The original story created here addresses Bruce's trauma so well. It has a really well developed female lead and a good story that keeps you interested from the very beginning into the end of the movie.
