Nomadland 2020
Kinda crazy how romanticised they made American poverty and the very real displacement of nomads portrayed in this film, although mcdormand’s performance was brilliant and melancholic, at the end of the day this really could and should of been a documentary on the real lives of nomads detailing the real struggles of life on the road other than a made up one portrayed by an Oscar winning actress.

first hour felt like I was watching a black mirror episode which was kinda cool, I was so hooked in the beginning but towards the end just lost me a little, although it’s a satirical film, some of the plot was just darn goofy and lowkey predictable shock value scenes were non stop.
