The split parts of 17 and 18 was a big part of why I loved this film. That scene where 17 blames himself for his mom’s death, and 18 comforts him, telling him not to carry that guilt really hit me. It was such a beautiful moment about humanity and how we deal with our own emotions and rationality. Easily one of the highlights for me.
