Mississippi Burning 1988
When giving a film five stars, apart from the features that make up a great film like Cinematography, Score, and Writing I consider whether it can be considered "neat". Nothing is unkempt, no shot or scene is here that shouldn't be. It's solid in its structure. While that doesn't make a film great, it separates a 4.5 to a 5.
