  PARASITE WAS ABSOLUTELY BONKERS!

  genre-bending at its finest, with twist and turns that will make your stomach churn. while it labels itself as family tragicomedy, it certainly manages to leap over the boundaries that are usually set by conventional formulas. parasite is giddy at one moment and overwhelmingly intense the next. it makes you laugh and also uncomfortable since you can viscerally feel that something else is lurking in the corner. something unexpectedly dark, disturbing, and secretive.

  holy shit.

  holy fucking shit.

  if you can stomach gallons of blood, self-cauterization, to glass removal on a wrecked foot, then i highly recommend this badass film.
