So I heard this was really and good and it didn't disappoint. Whimsical, funny and poignant too. The premise is ludicrous, and outright comical at times and yet the movie has heart and can be oh so touching. The sheer beauty of their habitat was breath taking. And then the credits roll and my job drops because I see the names Jesse Eisenberg and Riley Keough.
So SO SOOOO bad.
This is the first thing I've seen Stewart do since Spencer and boy she is did not pick a followup very well.
And what was Ed Harris thinking. He should know better.
Run away from this one.
A very strong nomination for best doc at the Oscars. Second only to 20 days in Maripul.
It's creepy and disturbing and you've never seen anything quite like this. When evil is loosed upon a small Argentine town, some locals are the only ones who try and contain this horrific malevolence. What they don't know is you have to do it the right way or else.
