Unlike normal ghosts movies. A surreal FPV experience showcasing the idea of found footage documentry films. Though the first half didn't interest well, the second half well brought us back to the movie. Overall a treat for the horror film enthusiasts.
Vaazhai felt more like an immersive experience, taking viewers on a rollercoaster of events and emotions. The protagonist, along with his friend, sister, and mother, was depicted with both flaws and strengths, adding a raw and authentic touch. The teacher in the film symbolized hope, inspiring the boys to dream despite their exhausting lives.
The cinematography was impressive, though the pacing felt a bit slow at times. I was left curious about how the characters managed to survive after the disaster.
The movie switches between the present and VJS's past. The first half might feel slow, but the second half gets better. It could have been a great movie or sequel had it been cut its length from 2.52 Mins to 2.15 e.g.
