Much respect to Shtefanov who, in spite of staying in Russia, is doing exceptional journalistic research and tries to be as objective as possible in such difficult circumstances.
The vibes of this one are immaculate, as they say. And what's a better candidate for utilising a post-rock/math-rock soundtrack for a melancholic coming-of-age story than anime? Sonny Boy is to these genres in the 2020's what FLCL was to alternative rock back in the early 00's.
